Friday, September 26 | 7:00–9:00 PM
Session 1: Understanding the Mind and Your Patterns
We’ll open with grounding and guided meditation to settle into the retreat space. Together, we’ll explore how the mind operates, where habitual patterns come from, and why certain emotions and thoughts feel hard to shift. Through journaling and reflective sharing, you’ll begin to identify automatic loops and develop awareness as the first step toward lasting change.

Session 2: Cognitive Control, Reframes, and Coping
Learn practical tools to interrupt mental loops, reframe your inner narrative, and practice healthy coping strategies. Through expressive art and guided exercises, you’ll begin reshaping unhelpful beliefs into empowering perspectives.
Session 3: Cultivating Presence and Peace of Mind
Discover the power of presence with mindfulness practices, breathwork, and gentle movement to regulate the nervous system. You’ll experience a deeper sense of clarity, calm, and ease, while exploring how to anchor yourself in the present moment.
Sunday, September 28 | 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
Session 4: Listening to Your Body’s Messages
Your body carries wisdom. Through somatic practices like body scanning, mirroring, and journaling, you’ll learn to listen to the signals your body sends—interpreting stress, emotions, and truths with curiosity and compassion.
Session 5: Integrating Mind and Body Awareness
Bring it all together as we bridge cognitive tools with body-based practices. You’ll take part in a creative self-expression activity and sound therapy practices designed to align mind and body, leaving you with renewed clarity and energy.
Closing Circle and Commitments
We’ll complete the retreat with a closing ritual and circle of gratitude, where you’ll set personal commitments and create sustainable practices to continue your growth well beyond the weekend.
